Book a discovery call

Thirty minutes. We ask how the work moves through your office; you get our read on what is worth automating. No deck, no follow-up sequence, and no second call you have to decline.

What happens on the call

Minutes 1 to 10

You talk, we listen

How a claim or an invoice actually moves through your office, who touches it, and where it gets stuck. We are looking for the step everyone has quietly accepted.

Minutes 10 to 25

We tell you what we see

Which part we would automate first and roughly what we think it is costing you. If we think the honest answer is that it is not worth automating, we will say that instead.

Minutes 25 to 30

You decide whether there is a next step

If there is, it is a discovery week, and it is free. If there is not, that is a fine outcome and nobody will chase you.

How to reach us

Who replies
One of the two people who would do the work. Usually the same day.
Where we work
United States, remote, starting with practices in our local market.

Worth having to hand

  • Your denial rate for the last quarter, if you can get it out of your system easily.
  • Roughly how many hours a week go to billing and insurance follow-up.
  • What your practice management software is, and anything it does not talk to.

None of this is required. If you do not have it, the call is still useful — finding out that these numbers are hard to get is itself a finding.
